Where it started and what inspired us to challenge a design
Bonsai, a Japanese horticultural art form, has long been celebrated for its ability to distil the majesty of nature into miniature masterpieces. In a parallel artistry, Japanese embroidery meticulously mirrors this spirit, intertwining the precision of technique with the profound respect for the natural world.
Much like the careful cultivation of a Bonsai tree, martial artists embark on a journey of self-discipline and growth. The stitches of the Japanese embroidery mirror the fluidity of Kyokushin Karate forms, each movement deliberate and purposeful, telling a story of resilience, balance, and the unwavering commitment to mastery. Therefore, Bushido Kanji comes naturally to complete the design on the front and on the back, Kyokushin Kanji to prove the belongingness to the hardest karate style.
